Our first session is a 60-minute comprehensive intake assessment where we’ll explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. This session helps us build a foundation for our work together and tailor an approach that fits your needs.

Ongoing individual psychotherapy sessions are 50-55 minutes and typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel activating in the present.
